Nature controls our source connection and works in a very precise way. It's a bit like a young child: it doesn't like artifice. When we try to force our body into a method in order to be still, we lose touch with our direct alignment with purity, even though it's still there. When we reawaken however, we realise that our mind is just doing its job - being very noisy, opinionated and usually completely wrong. It doesn't and can't control anything, unless we mistake it for ourselves. Meanwhile the reality in which nature and purity operates is a bright luminous space which touches every living being ... and very importantly, deletes what is not in alignment.
