When we reawaken, we realise that the natural relaxed state is "us" and that this is always how we are. Our focus naturally wanders sometimes and it is then that we becomes aware of ourselves as separate and disconnected. This is not much to worry about as we always gravitate back in the end to our 'default setting' of alignment with our own source connection. And, that connection is only available to us and no one else. In fact it is not even available if our focus has wandered elsewhere. This is great news because we cannot be hacked or taken over. But we can definitely be diverted and other things can reroute us into another signal. It is then that we discover that states of sadness and longing for connection are the signal of someone or something else in our personal field. We mistake this for us and can get stuck in self reflection and self blame for those feelings, but this is never us.
