We can be flooded with emotion; we settle and recalibrate; and then extra weight comes in as more of our multidimensional self lands in this reality and we have to rebalance. At these times it can be very important to "structure in" a specific, regular, time-bound space when we more deeply register and plan for all of our being - our personal, the work and the family needs - so we continue to push out what is not ours and we re-engage with walking out again across the tightrope of our reality.
